In Freathy, perched high with lovely views along the coast, a large detached bungalow with small, mostly hedge/lawn garden at the back, and gently sloping access to the front door. A hundred yards distant is a big open playing field. The glorious, huge sandy beach is about 350 yards away, reached by a steep and, in places rough, footpath.

Inside, smart and unfussy with tiled or laminate flooring. Hall; open-plan full-of-sunlight living room/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer with ice-maker) with breakfast bar/stools (no table/chairs), TV/Sky/DVD and glazed doors to patio (table/chairs) and garden. Three bedrooms – two double (one with 5' bed), and a twin; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower) and shower-room (suite with double-sized shower). Excellent property.

Excellent location for the beach, approx. 10 mins down a cliff path opposite the house. Fantastic views of coastline. Very well equipped accommodation. Nice helpful touches like cereal, milk, tea, coffee, loo roll & soap provided - Holidaymaker
