Modern Luxury villa set in quiet natural bush gardens. 2 spacious double bedrooms adjoining small bedrooms with double bunk-beds en suite, fully modern equipped kitchen, AC, Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, safe, 14m x 12m shared swimming pool with child’s pool, hammocks, sunbeds, games, bar & bbq. The villa stands all on one level with a large elevated veranda with dining table, chairs and hammocks to chill in the soft evening breeze. Above the surrounding bush and garden you’ll have a clear view of the waterhole and the game and birds that regularly visit. Walkways around the villa lead back to more private terraces outside each bedroom - extra quiet places to sit and ponder on your relaxed life! The whole building, including the terraces and veranda, is covered by traditional makuti (coconut leaf) roof.

The main entrance is through a giant traditional carved Zanzibari door, leading into the extremely large open living and dining room. The room is fully furnished with a big second dining table and chairs, modern comfy sofas and chairs surrounding a coffee table, and entertainment box including satellite TV and DVD player and iPod/MP3 docking station. Wireless internet is available throughout, and games and books are available. At the end of the living room is the semi-open well-equipped modern kitchen and stock room with large fridge/freezer and electric hob.

From the lounge, you can reach the adjoining bathrooms and bedrooms set one on each side for perfect privacy. Both bedrooms can also be reached direct via the veranda doors outside. Both bedrooms are traditionally furnished with king-sized Zanzibar double beds with warm coloured linen, mosquito nets, traditionally painted and carved antique Zanzibar wardrobes. Zanzibar chests act as safes for your valuables. The coconut pole ceilings, cool terrazzo floors and teak woodwork give the rooms a cool and cozy feeling. The rooms are fitted with split-level air conditioning and opening windows.

Both rooms have small adjoining children’s rooms with double bunk bed and large walk-in storage cupboard. Its is important to realize that these adjoining bedrooms are accessed through the main bedrooms and share the same bathrooms. The rooms were purpose built for children but many adults have also used them in the past, each room has a fan and opening window, and the rooms can share in the A/C if adjoining doors are left open. The large bathrooms are stylish and modern, clean and fresh with colorful terrazzo floors; both have large sunken baths for two people, well pressured hot and cold showers, double washbasins, mirrors, hairdryers and WC.

At the communal area in the center of the estate, you are welcome to use the 14m x 12m swimming pool with built-in children’s pool of 3m x 7m and surrounding recreation area. You’ll find fully equipped barbeques, and cooking equipment and plates, shower, WC and changing room. The area also features a large dining table for 14 people, an honesty bar with fridge, lots of games and inflatable’s, darts and table tennis. The pool is surrounded by white sands on which there are tables and chairs, hammocks and plenty of sun loungers, as well as plenty of shaded areas with large makuti umbrellas. This is a fantastic place to relax and socialise.
