A stylishly converted traditional Zanzibar village house set in large colourful private gardens. Situated approx. 100 metres from the beach. The house offers five double bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with twin beds, 3 bathrooms - 2 en-suit, small lounge with Satellite TV, DVD system, Internet upstairs – all bedrooms, lounge /dining with fans, 3 bedrooms with A/C a well equipped kitchen, small dining room inside and large dining and BBQ area in the garden, daily housekeeping.

One enters the villa via the garden door into the central hallway, from which all rooms lead off, including: one double bedroom with 2 beds (1 x ¾ sized beds and 1 x single bed) with A/C, Fan en-suite shower room and WC. One double bedroom with 2 beds (1 x ¾ sized bed and 1 x single bed) with A/C, Fan. One more double bedroom (with 2 x ¾ sized double beds) with A/C, Fan and one children’s bedroom (with 5ft long ¾ sized double bed ) with Fan, one central shared bathroom and WC, further along the hallway you will find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, electric hob and much more At the far end of the hall there is a small dining room with table and 6 chairs, and an adjoining lounge room with large sofa, burro and satellite TV with DVD player a cozy pace to chill or place the kids!

In the centre of the hallway is a wooden staircase leads through a trap door to the upper level. Here you’ll find a sun terrace with sunbeds and 3 large sofas under the coconut leaf covered lounge area for relaxing. An old Zanzibar door leads off to the fifth double bedroom – a very romantic and special place. This bedroom features a double sized bed which is in the open air, but still under the coconut leaf covered area, with fan and mosquito net. This room is lovely and breezy during most times of year, it also boosts an open air bathroom, including an antique lion claw bath, hand held shower, basin and WC. Bathing under the stars can be very romantic! In the garden you’ll find a barbecue, dining table for 10 people, sun loungers, chairs and hammock and lots of white beach sand, with many flowering plants and trees it’s a small haven for birds, there is lots of space to relax.

Shared swimming pools and relaxation area at the estate at the communal area in the center of estate, you are welcome to use the 14m x 12m swimming pool with built-in children’s pool of 3m x 7m and surrounding recreation area. You’ll find barbeques, and cooking equipment and plates etc, showers, WC/changing room. The area also features a large dining table for 14 people, an honesty bar with well stocked fridge, games, darts etc the pool is surrounded by white beach sand on which there are tables and chairs, hammocks and plenty of sun loungers, as well as plenty of shaded areas with large makuti umbrellas. This is a fantastic place to relax and/or socialize. There is also free WiFi all over the estate and on top of the villa.

We stayed with 5 people in this villa last January for a week and we had a fantastic experience. The house has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms which makes it excellent for friends travelling together and good value for your money. Especially the bedroom and bathroom on the roof are very special and a unique experience.
